Paul and I would like to thank you very much for listening to us and helping us become better swimmers.
 
We are so lucky to have found such awesome coaches who care about their team.  I am so glad you have stuck it out with us and didn't give up when we couldn't even swim the length of the pool.

I wanted to thank both of you for a truly amazing weekend and for allowing me to be part of it. Being part of this team feels like I've found family. 
I don't know that I have the words to fully communicate the positive impact that being part of the Squall has had on my life. When I'm struggling with my anxiety or overwhelmed with life in general,  I always know that if I can just make it to practice I'll feel better. Sometimes, the anxiety wins and I can't leave the house, but more often, the safety of the Squall gets me through. 
So, thank you for creating a team with so much heart. Your passion for swimming is contagious and all that you put into the team is very much appreciated.
